The Principals

Fred Zumpano has been designing and building in Northeast Ohio for 35 years. Fred is a graduate of the Kent State University School of Architecture. Fred's designs and leadership over our Construction Services have led to numerous awards and the prestigious "Builder of the Year" award in 2001, 2007, 2009 and 2014. Fred’s expertise is focused in cost estimating, value engineering, managing the competitive bidding process, and direct oversight of all construction projects, building high quality and cost effective commercial buildings, renovations and tenant build-outs with a focused attention on budget, schedule performance, coordination with owner activities and finish quality. Fred has served in leadership positions within both professional and civic organizations, including President Elect of Rebuilding Together Summit County, member of the National Commercial Builders Council, and Past President of the Home Builders Association Serving Summit and Portage Counties.

Terry Hanson has 35 years of real estate and business development experience specializing in healthcare and not-for-profit facility development, business planning, facility planning, site analysis and procurement, financing, construction project management and real estate development. Terry has broad experience in site selection analysis, project structuring, coordinating, directing design and managing building projects and real estate development for commercial, medical, institutional, not-for-profit, educational and religious owners including projects with high degrees of building system complexity, regulatory oversight and interior finish detail. Terry is a graduate of Duke University with a Masters in Health Administration, Finance concentration, has held executive positions in major healthcare organizations, and has planned and project-managed more than 1 million square feet and $200 million in construction asset value in his career in California and Ohio.
